Technogym, a globally renowned luxury sports brand, is seeking an experienced HRBP/HR Manager to partner with international leadership and steer people strategies across a matrix, multinational environment. You will drive talent development, change management, and HR analytics to support business performance.

You will collaborate with HQ and local leadership, manage recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, and ensure policy adherence, with a hands-on, autonomous approach.

Competenze

• 8+ years of HR experience as HRBP and/or HR Manager.
• Experience in a matrix and multinational environment.
• Experience in Direct Sales, Luxury brands, or Sports sector.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Business acumen with ability to understand a P&L and data-driven approach to sales.
• Project management and execution skills.
• Discretion, transparency, and analytical thinking.

In this role you will partner with international leadership to align people strategies with business goals, acting as a trusted HR advisor and hands-on implementer across global HR processes. You will collaborate with the global HQ HR CoE and manage the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, matrix environment. You will drive talent development, change management, and data-driven HR practices to support business performance. • Monitor and manage personnel costs and global organizational design
• Maintain policies and procedures, serving as an ER advisor
• Collaborate with local HR leadership and HQ HR to deliver high-value people plans
• Provide coaching and sound HR advice to managers
• Ensure HR data accuracy and use metrics to drive results
• Act as Technogym brand ambassador and trusted HR partner to local leadership
• Define recruiting needs and support Talent Acquisition processes
• Onboard and develop Next Gen talent
• Implement talent development, coaching, and succession planning
• Conduct market benchmarking on salaries and conditions
• Ensure policy adherence and HR-related matters are well-executed
