Next Job Abroad is recruiting for a frontline customer experience role on behalf of Mercedes-Benz in sunny Greece. The position centers on assisting drivers with connected mobility, the Mercedes me app, and digital features while delivering premium service.

Training will cover two core skills initially, then expand to a three-skill profile. Candidates should be fluent in Italian (C1) and English (B2), tech-savvy with mobile device know-how, and capable of de‑escalating stressed customers.

Competenze

• Italian language at advanced level with strong English skills.
• Ability to explain tech concepts clearly to customers.
• Typing speed around 25 words per minute with accuracy.

Mansioni

• Assist Mercedes-Benz drivers with connected mobility and digital features.
• Provide 24/7 roadside support and coordinate assistance.
• Handle VIP customer inquiries and appointments with a premium touch.
