Next Job Abroad is seeking Italian-speaking agents in Greece to join Mercedes-Benz frontline support. You will help drivers connect their devices, use Mercedes me, and deliver premium service in a fast-paced, international team environment.

You will train in two key skills and progress to three; fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2) is required, with a strong aptitude for mobile tech. Relocation and 24/7 shift work are expected.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1) and solid English (B2).
• Tech-savvy with strong mobile device knowledge (iOS/Android).
• Excellent communication and de-escalation skills for premium support.
• Typing speed around 25+ wpm with good accuracy.
• Full paid, world-class training provided.

Mansioni

• Assist drivers with Connected Mobility & Mercedes me app setup and usage.
• Provide 24/7 roadside support coordination and VIP customer service tasks.
• Handle premium inquiries and bookings, ensuring high-quality customer care.
