Sirio Solutions Engineering SpA (SSE SpA) invites a Proposal Engineer to develop technical and commercial proposals for control systems and engineered solutions in Oil & Gas and Power Generation markets. You will work with Commercial, Operations, Engineering and Procurement to deliver timely, winning bids.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management of opportunities, RFQ analysis, bid strategy, supplier interaction, and coordination with Sales for project execution.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master in Electronics, Automation or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation and/or rotating machinery.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• At least 2 years in a technical-commercial or proposal engineering role.

Mansioni

• Manage full proposal and opportunity lifecycle from customer engagement to contract award.
• Perform detailed technical and commercial analysis of RFQs.
• Gather commercial scope and information to support bid strategy.
• Suggest alternatives to reduce cost and increase profitability.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and negotiate terms with the project team.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for project requirements.
• Support project planning and transfer to execution.
• Collaborate with regional sales to align proposal processes globally.
• Maintain internal databases and reporting tools (CRM, SAP).
• Prepare internal reports and schedule top management approvals.
