Sirio Solutions Engineering SpA (SSE SpA) seeks a Project Manager to lead defined projects from handover through execution, ensuring scope, schedule and budget alignment with company targets. You will coordinate cross-functional, multicultural teams and drive successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has engineering background, proven leadership, strong planning and communication skills, and readiness to travel occasionally within Italy and abroad.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Management, Electronic, Mechanical, Telecommunications or Automation)
• Previous experience in a Project Management role
• Experience in Oil & Gas and/or Power Generation is advantageous
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills
• Results-oriented with prioritization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Available for occasional business travel in Italy and abroad

Mansioni

• Ensure successful delivery of system supply projects and customized engineered solutions within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Support final stages of bidding and ensure clear handover to execution with defined scope and deliverables.
• Liaise with Engineering Managers to ensure feasibility and timely resource availability.
• Develop detailed project execution plans with realistic schedules and milestones for customers and project teams.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project risk management plans with mitigations.
• Support Procurement in sourcing key materials, budget definition, negotiations and supplier relations.
• Foster effective communication among project team, customers and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project dashboards, monitor budgets, forecasts and KPIs.
• Monitor and control project performance from operational and financial perspectives; propose corrective actions.
• Track progress in schedule, scope, and quality.
• Lead regular project review meetings and provide direction to the team.
• Provide Management with updates on performance, risks and financial results.
• Manage scope changes by assessing impact on schedule and costs.
• Prepare close-out reports and Lessons Learned.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies and procedures with support from EHS function.
• Ensure compliance with Export controls and internal procedures.
