Ingersoll Rand Compressor Systems & Services in Isola Vicentina, Italy, is seeking a Project Manager to join the Project Management team and oversee customer projects from kickoff to completion.

You will manage schedules, costs, and quality, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure contractual compliance while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Travel within Italy and internationally is expected, and fluency in English is required.

Competenze

• 4-5 years of experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent disciplines (preferred but not essential).
• Previous experience in industrial environments and in the management of project-based businesses is considered an advantage.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving objectives.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will join the Project Management team and report directly to the Project Management Team Leader. He/She will be responsible for managing customer projects in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and overall performance, ensuring effective coordination of all activities from project kick-off through completion. The role will serve as the primary interface with customers for contract management, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with deadlines, coordinating technical documentation through the project team, overseeing intermediate and final inspections, and ensuring the successful execution of all project activities.
