Danaher’s Enterprise Payroll team seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead multi-country payroll across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, ensuring accurate, timely payments and regulatory compliance.

You will drive harmonization, data integrity, audits, and system enhancements while collaborating with stakeholders across functions and regions. Remote work options may apply for eligible locations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business or minimum of 7 years of related payroll experience.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• Deep, expert-level understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements.
• Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA and act as the expert for payroll calculations and regulatory changes.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness; ensure compliance with regulations and manage off-cycle payments.
• Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing; escalate discrepancies and recommend improvements.
• Maintain and audit payroll records, conduct regular data audits, and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades and harmonization to ensure regional consistency.
• Support documentation and implementation of standardized payroll procedures and milestones.
