Job summary

Tangoo S.r.l. is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead Convert, shifting from transactional affiliate marketing to consultative selling across CTV, DOOH, Audio, and Video.

You will own EU markets and drive growth with high-value brands and agencies, collaborating with the Delight team for seamless handovers and upsell opportunities. Fluent English is required, and professional proficiency in Italian, French, or Spanish is a strong advantage in our matrix structure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, or Digital Media.
• Proven track record of closing multi-channel programmatic deals.
• Deep network within major holding companies (Agencies) and Direct Brands in the EU.
• Ability to work autonomously in a matrix organization, reporting into global leadership while managing local market nuances.
• Programmatic expertise (or willingness to complete advanced certification within the first 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Identify and acquire high-value Direct Brands and Agencies, focusing on international expansion.
• Full-Funnel Consultative Selling: Move beyond channel-specific silos to present and sell the Full Funnel Value.
• Market & Vertical Ownership: Take end-to-end accountability for specific EU markets and industry verticals.
• The Success Story Culture: Create and replicate winning strategies across markets and share knowledge.
• Collaborative Alignment: Work with Customer Success to ensure seamless handovers and upselling.
