Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Performance & Growth Marketer in Italy to help DTC and ecommerce brands achieve profitable growth. You will own acquisition strategies and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.

Collaborating with growth strategists, creatives, and senior stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights, build forecasts and budgets, and improve CAC, LTV, and ROAS.

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC or eCommerce brands.
• Experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• In-house or brand-side experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, and payback periods.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads for profitable growth.
• Develop and execute structured testing strategies across channels, creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels.
• Manage substantial paid media budgets with data-driven investment decisions.
• Monitor performance, diagnose inefficiencies, and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, margin, and payback periods.
• Link advertising performance to revenue growth and P&L outcomes.
• Build forecasts, financial models, and budget recommendations.
• Contribute to attribution, incrementality testing, and measurement improvements.
• Collaborate with creative, CRO, and growth teams to optimize the customer journey.
• Translate data into clear recommendations for founders and executives.
• Participate in strategy sessions and apply growth frameworks.
• Take ownership of performance outcomes and contribute to team growth.
