Deel, Lucca, Italy, is seeking a Country Finance Manager to lead all financial activities for Italy, ensuring accurate accounting, tax compliance and timely reporting in a global payroll environment.

You will drive month-end close improvements, oversee payroll, coordinate with regulatory bodies, and partner with cross-functional teams to support Deel's international expansion while remaining adaptable and detail-oriented.

Competenze

• ACCA/CPA or local equivalent is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5+ years as an accountant in high-tech companies.
• Experience in payroll, tax compliance and financial reporting.

Mansioni

• Oversee and develop all financial activities for Italy, including accounting, tax compliance and reporting.
• Lead month-end close improvements and payroll oversight.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions to social security, tax authorities and other bodies.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain up-to-date books.
• Prepare comprehensive financial and administrative reports for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Deel’s international expansion.
