Deel, a global payroll and compliance platform, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the EMEA team in Rome, Lazio. You will design and build front-end and back-end features, collaborating with Product, Design, and DevOps to deliver scalable solutions.

You will work with TypeScript, React, Node/Express, and modern microservices, contribute to code reviews, testing, and architecture decisions, and help maintain secure, high-quality software for Deel's global workforce.

Competenze

• At least 8 years of Full-Stack experience focusing on TypeScript development.
• Expert in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications with the listed technologies.
• Thrives in a remote-first culture, takes ownership, and collaborates well with diverse teams.

Mansioni

• Develop high-quality, responsive web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Express.
• Design and implement server-side APIs and data models using Express.
• Create client-side React components, hooks, and tests to interact with server-side work.
• Build and optimize database schemas and queries with PostgreSQL.
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and overall code quality.
