Deel seeks an Associate Operations Director to oversee day-to-day operations, optimize performance, and lead cross-functional initiatives across a fintech-enabled SaaS environment. You will drive automation, risk controls, and market-ready readiness for new services to support Deel’s global growth.

The role emphasizes process improvements, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant operations and strong customer outcomes.

• 12+ years of operations experience with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Proven track record in leading and scaling large cross-functional teams
• KPI-driven with a results orientation
• Experience in building successful products
• Background in FinTech, management consulting, investment banking, or fast-paced startups
• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset
• High energy and first-principles thinking
• Strong analytical skills with ability to convert data into actionable insights (SQL a plus)
