Ingersoll Rand plc is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support our growing Italian operations, including recently acquired businesses. You will partner with managers and employees across the entire lifecycle, ensuring compliant, high-quality HR services in a dynamic, international manufacturing setting.

The role offers broad exposure to HR disciplines, collaboration with HR Partners and Operations teams, and opportunities to contribute to acquisitions and growth programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources within an international organization.
• Experience supporting multiple HR disciplines across the employee lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors or similar systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an advantage.
• Fluent English (B2-C1 level) with the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary HR contact for assigned employee populations, delivering support across a wide range of HR processes and initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, from recruitment through offboarding.
• Support recruitment activities, including job requisition creation, candidate management, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance on hiring practices and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a positive employee experience and accurate HR documentation.
