Ingersoll Rand plc in Italy is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support multi-site operations, including recently acquired businesses, across the employee lifecycle.

You will partner with HRBPs, manage recruiting, onboarding, payroll data, and HR operations to sustain a compliant, high-performing work environment while collaborating with international stakeholders.

This role offers broad exposure to HR programs, labor law, and performance management within a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 2–5 years HR experience in an international setting.
• Experience across the employee lifecycle and HR disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Fluent English (B2-C1).

Mansioni

• Act as primary HR contact for assigned employee populations.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment and compliance guidance.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding with accurate HR documentation.
• Manage changes, promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, and org updates.
• Maintain accurate HR records and data integrity across systems.
• Provide guidance on policies, employee relations, and attendance management.
• Support managers on people-related matters with labor law compliance.
• Support payroll data collection and benefits administration.
