Job summary

4flow SE in Melfi, Italy is seeking a Coordinator Operations to oversee transportation coordination and exception handling for multiple plants. You will lead a small team, ensure prioritization and adherence to standards, and escalate customer matters as the first point of contact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years within Execution environment and in-depth knowledge.
• Leadership potential and passion for team work.
• Ability to balance and correctly prioritize daily business, weekly coordinator tasks, 1st level of escalation & acting as the point of contact for process clarification.
• Strong communication skills in English and Italian.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to remain focused under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work for a team of Specialists performing daily exception handling for up to 3 plants
• Represent quality gate of correct prioritization, appropriate communication and application of standards in exception handling
• Support the team to achieve the results in their daily work
• 1st level of escalation for customer matters
• Process documentation, weekly status calls, comments on exceptions preparation, reporting, building a strong connection to customer & stakeholders, knowledge share within the team & outside, support of side projects, possible hyper care follow-ups of special setups
• Close collaboration with your supervisor

What your new challenge will look like

You will be hired as a Coordinator Operations for the 4flow management business line. You will take on tasks in the area of transportation coordination and processing. In particular, this will include the following tasks:

• Coordinate work for a team of Specialists performing dailyexception handlingforup to 3 plants
• Represent quality gate of correctprioritization,appropriatecommunicationand application of standards inexception handling
• Support the team to achieve the results in their daily work
