Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Logistics Network & Orchestration to lead the capabilities linking processes, events, data flows, and partners across the Innovative Medicine Logistics network. You will modernize processes through a standardized SAP S/4HANA platform and scalable orchestration capabilities.

You will connect and orchestrate processes across the logistics network while improving end-to-end inventory visibility and exception management, collaborating with global supply

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience across logistics networks with depth in inventory or event visibility, and in third-party logistics connectivity or integration.
• Experience leading large-scale global transformations and connecting enterprise standards to outcomes.
• Ability to translate enterprise strategy into global process standards, roadmaps and governance decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Global Logistics Network & Orchestration Template, with standards, controls and lifecycle.
• Ensure processes are integrated into the global template and deployed within scope and timelines.
• Navigate design gaps, shape priorities, and provide clear recommendations on trade-offs.
• Drive measurable value by establishing outcomes, monitoring adoption, and coordinating actions across partners.
