Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a highly motivated Transcend Deployment Logistics Manager to lead logistics readiness and deployment planning for a global ERP transformation. You will work across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT to ensure successful SAP S/4HANA deployment and integration.

The role requires program leadership, stakeholder management, and deep logistics expertise to enable standardized processes, master data readiness, testing, training, and change management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, ERP Deployment, Operations, or Program Management.
• Experience implementing enterprise systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or equivalent ERP platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics deployment activities for Transcend program releases and site implementations.
• Partner with global process owners and deployment teams to execute best practice deployment strategies and timelines.
• Drive logistics workstream readiness assessments and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and standardized global solutions.
• Coordinate business simulation testing, UAT, training, and cutover activities.
• Develop deployment communications and executive status reporting.
