Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Deploy Experienced Analyst - Production Logistics to drive the deployment of SAP S/4HANA production logistics capabilities within the Transcend program. You will lead testing, data readiness, cutover, deployment, and hypercare across sites, ensuring global template alignment and validation against regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related.
• 4+ years of experience in production logistics, warehousing, supply chain operations, ERP deployment, or related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of production staging, replenishment, inventory movements, and manufacturing integration.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP EWM in manufacturing and logistics.
• Experience in testing, data readiness, cutover, deployment, or hypercare.
• Ability to work independently and with global/site teams.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong documentation and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on expertise across production staging, replenishment, material issue/return, and warehouse-to-production integration.
• Support end-to-end process alignment across Production Logistics, MAKE, SAP S/4HANA, EWM, MES, labeling, and related site systems.
• Translate site requirements into clear business requirements, test conditions, and deployment actions.
• Support production logistics master and transactional data readiness, validation, reconciliation, and governance.
• Identify functional gaps and risks across multiple manufacturing locations.
