Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Supply Chain seeks a Manager, 3PL Systems & Integration to lead WMS/TMS integration across global distribution sites in an asset-light model. The role drives standards, processes and partner collaboration within the MTSC Transformation Office.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in supply chain, strong program management, and proven ability to align end-to-end processes and systems across regions in a matrix environment. International travel possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years in supply chain, logistics, operations, or partner/vendor coordination roles.
• Experience defining and improving operational processes, governance activities, or project coordination in cross-functional environments.
• Experience in shaping and implementing WMS / TMS across distribution networks.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain business process integration requirements related to 3PL WMS operations across the global distribution network.
• Support end‑to‑end warehouse operational workflows and integration points between Johnson & Johnson systems and 3PL WMS environments.
• Establish standardized business process requirements and operational interaction models for the asset-light operating model.
• Collaborate with Systems Strategy and IT teams to translate operational requirements into system and integration specs.
• Define business requirements related to inventory management, inbound/outbound execution, order processing, and warehouse transaction flows.
