Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Supply Chain is seeking a Manager, 3PL Partner Excellence to lead governance, partner management, and regional transformation initiatives across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with global teams and regional Deliver and functional owners to ensure standardized processes and performance metrics are implemented.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, strong governance capabilities, and executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or partner/vendor coordination roles.
• Experience supporting governance activities, or project coordination in cross-functional environments.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Regional experience in managing multiple markets operations/suppliers/providers.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities.
• Experience maintaining process documentation, trackers, reporting files, or governance materials.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain partner management standards across the EMEA distribution network.
• Coordinate governance cadences and ensure alignment with defined standards and transformation objectives.
• Develop and maintain governing templates, playbooks, and centralized performance portals.
• Track partner-related actions, issues, and resolutions with regional and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the deployment of standardized processes and KPIs for 3PL partner management.
• Support global teams with data-driven insights for continuous regional improvement.
