Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Leader to drive 3PL partner excellence across the EMEA region. The role focuses on deploying standardized partner management processes, governance cadences, and analytics to sustain performance within an asset-light future-state distribution network.

You will partner with global teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and lead a team responsible for contracting, governance, and regional execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or partner/vendor coordination roles.
• Experience supporting governance activities, or project coordination in cross-functional environments.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Source to Contract Excellence: define contracting standards and ensure deployment in each logistics contract in EMEA.
• Partner Performance Management: build foundations, analytics, train Deliver teams, and maintain a centralized performance portal.
• Engagement Model and Segmentation Ownership: establish partner standards, governance, and segmentation.
• Governance and Execution: ensure day-to-day partner engagement per standards and contribute to enterprise-level governance.
