  • Experience bringing operational and technology-enabled processes to life, from design and development through implementation and continuous improvement, within a global organization.
  • Experience translating enterprise strategy and operational needs into global process standards, capability roadmaps, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and governance decisions.
  • Sound judgment and a balanced perspective, with the ability to navigate standardization, patient and customer needs, compliance, risk, value, and speed while turning complex trade-offs and exceptions into clear paths forward.
  • A collaborative attitude and passion for building trusted partnerships, connecting people across teams, functions, geographies, and levels to create shared ownership and achieve stronger outcomes together.
  • Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and innovation, exploring emerging practices and technologies and translate new ideas into impactful logistics capabilities and business value.
