Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager & Global Process Lead, End-to-End Planning, to spearhead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of global planning processes across the Integrated Supply Chain.

This role owns E2E planning standards, capabilities, and adoption strategies, partnering across Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and business functions to drive planning excellence and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years experience in Supply Chain Planning, IBP, or End-to-End Planning.
• Experience leading process improvement or global capability-building initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of planning processes and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global E2E Planning Standards and Governance across regions and planning organizations.
• Define and evolve global E2E Planning standards, operating principles, governance frameworks, and documentation.
• Monitor process health, maturity, and performance metrics; identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive process transformation initiatives in response to business and technology changes.
• Develop and maintain global planning playbooks and training materials.
