Technogym seeks a dedicated Training & Development lead to design and deliver global learning initiatives across onboarding, performance, and talent management. You will shape e-learning programs, manage the Technogym Academy, and monitor KPIs to improve impact, scale, and efficiency.

You will act as a key HR contact, supporting management and staff with development needs, and align initiatives with HR strategy and culture. Italian and English at C1 level are required.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in training and development.
• Ability to analyze, design, and implement training programs.
• Knowledge of coaching and mentoring techniques.
• Mandatory C1 level of Italian and English.
• Experience with LMS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Strong planning, management, and training/presentation skills.
• Strong logic and reasoning skills.

Mansioni

• Design and deliver onboarding, performance, talent management, and training programs (including e-learning).
• Develop global training programs based on competency gaps and learning needs.
• Manage HQ induction process.
• Define and manage training catalog and calendar in line with Company policies.
• Monitor and improve training KPIs: effectiveness, timing, budget.
• Develop and improve the e-learning platform (SuccessFactors LMS).
• Prepare and analyze Talent Reviews and Performance Management processes and training.
