Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Director based in Italy. You will design and lead a global learning function across leadership development, onboarding, technical training, and sales enablement in a rapidly growing fintech/tech environment.

You will manage the LMS, digital content, and partnerships with HR and executives, while driving data-driven development initiatives and AI-powered enhancements to learning programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Learning and Development or related field.
• 5+ years in leadership or team management.
• Experience building global learning programs.
• Nice to have fintech/regulated industry exposure.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Experience with AI-powered learning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global Learning and Development strategy.
• Lead leadership development for managers, leaders, and executives.
• Oversee LMS, content library, and learning technology.
• Own onboarding across international locations and the first 90 days.
• Plan company-wide all-hands and cross-functional learning initiatives.
• Measure impact with KPIs and data-driven insights.
