Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR with expertise in talent acquisition and HR/BP
• Experience across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
• Experience advising and coaching managers on complex HR matters
• Ability to build trusted relationships with leadership and provide constructive feedback
• Experience in international or multi-country environments with awareness of different cultures
• Active use of AI-powered tools in HR and interest in automation

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner and trusted advisor across departments
• Support managers with recruitment from needs analysis to offer management
• Improve hiring processes and interview skills for managers
• Coach leaders to develop their management capabilities
• Advise on complex employee relations and performance matters
• Provide end-to-end People & Culture support across lifecycle events
• Drive adoption of AI and automation in HR operations
• Identify opportunities to optimise recruitment and HR processes with AI
• Support organisational development and change initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices
