Confidential is seeking a passionate Learning & Development Specialist to join our global People team. Reporting to HR Director, you will design and deliver learning, onboarding, leadership, and talent development initiatives across our organization.

You will partner with HR and business leaders, manage multiple learning projects, utilize digital platforms, and measure impact to foster a culture of continuous growth in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4/5 years in Learning & Development or related HR areas.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Learning & Development Specialist to join our global People team.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will support the design and delivery of learning, training, onboarding, leadership, and talent development initiatives across the organization. Working closely with HR and business leaders, you will help foster a culture of continuous learning and support employees' growth in a dynamic international environment.
