W3Global in Florence, Italy, is seeking an IT End User Computing Engineer to join the Global IT Ops team. You will provide onsite and remote support to all client employees, leveraging Intune and JAMF for device provisioning and software deployment.

The role requires 5–8 years in IT EUC, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work across telephony, AV, and meeting-room systems in a fast-paced global company.

Competenze

• 5+ years IT EUC experience in a technical support environment.
• Experience writing end-user documentation and handling incident tickets.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced understanding of JIRA incident management tools.
• Ability to support remote users and communicate technical information clearly.
• Familiarity with imaging technologies and OS deployment (Intune/JAMF).
• Experience with Outlook, Office 365, OneDrive, VPN, and Windows/Mac OS platforms.

Mansioni

• Respond to and resolve hardware/software service requests for local and remote employees.
• Manage incidents and SLAs; escalate when needed.
• Create and maintain IT support documentation and knowledge base.
• Configure new computers using standard images; deploy with Intune and JAMF.
• Provide telephony and AV support for meeting rooms and devices.
• Maintain inventory and assist with moves, deliveries, and desk setups.
