Teceze in Italy is seeking an experienced EUC Support / Field IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for end users and IT infrastructure at the site.

You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, configure devices, install OS and applications, and maintain IT assets while coordinating with global teams for incident resolution. On-site support includes office moves and device refreshes.

Competenze

• Experience with Windows 10/11 desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Knowledge of Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Basic LAN/WAN and VPN troubleshooting.
• Experience with endpoint management tools (SCCM/MECM, Intune, Ivanti).
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).
• Ability to perform onsite hardware replacement and device configuration.

Mansioni

• Provide Level 1/2 onsite EUC and desktop support to end users.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Perform hardware installation, configuration, replacement, and troubleshooting.
• Install and configure Windows OS, applications, drivers, and security tools.
• Support Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other applications.
• Perform user account and access-related troubleshooting with relevant teams.
• Support Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, Group Policy, and basic endpoint administration.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN, Wi‑Fi, DHCP, DNS, VPN).
• Image devices, OS deployment, software installation, patching, and endpoint configuration.
• Support endpoint management platforms (SCCM/MECM, Intune, Ivanti).
• Handle IT asset installation, inventory, tagging, validation, movement, and decommissioning.
• Provide hands-and-feet support for network and infrastructure teams when required.
• Assist with server/network room activities and site deployments.
• Coordinate with remote teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain ITSM records and follow SLA/ITIL procedures.
