BYD Europe in Milan is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with technology, driving improvements across CRM, ERP, and related systems. You will translate requirements into practical solutions, lead UAT, and support deployment and ongoing system administration to accelerate data-driven decisions across a global EV environment.

Competenze

• 3–7 years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, WMS, customer service, supply chain, or related systems.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data models, and enterprise architectures.
• Basic Python scripting for data analysis and automation is a plus.
• English fluency and local language; Chinese is advantageous.
• Experience in automotive industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and validation.
