247 Group is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Milano. The role will bridge business and IT, coordinating process improvements and ERP evolution, including Dynamics 365 Business Central and Salesforce integrations.

You will collaborate with management across Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales, and Product Development to drive digitalisation projects and AI initiatives, ensuring alignment of processes, people, and technology.

Competenze

• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, PMO, or Project Coordinator.
• Experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis.
• Knowledge of process mapping methodologies and tools.
• Experience in digital transformation projects.
• Ability to interact and build relationships with stakeholders from different business functions.
• Good organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Italian and English languages.

Mansioni

• Understand and consolidate existing process analyses and mapping.
• Support the review and optimisation of business processes in collaboration with the various functions involved.
• Analyse needs and requirements coming from the business, translating them into operational guidelines for external partners.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales, and Product Development to understand critical issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate the activities of suppliers involved in application and digital transformation projects.
• Monitor the progress of project initiatives and facilitate the resolution of any critical issues.
• Support the evolution of the ERP (Dynamics Business Central) and connected applications (e.g., Salesforce).
• Participate in testing, adoption, and continuous improvement activities for the implemented solutions.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for innovation and digitalisation of business processes, including initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence.
