NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to bridge business requirements with technical delivery. You will analyze .NET applications, APIs, and databases, translate business needs into detailed user stories and specs, and collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA and PMs to drive solution delivery.

The role focuses on AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping, data flows, and system integrations, ensuring clear guidance for development teams and effective change

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or similar field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical BA or similar role.
• Strong experience analyzing .NET Framework / .NET Core applications.
• Ability to read and understand C#, ASP.NET MVC / Web API and .NET Core implementations.
• Strong SQL knowledge: queries, stored procedures, schemas, views, dependencies.
• Experience with SQL Server, data modelling and data interfaces.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, application integrations and data flows.
• Proven experience in technical analysis, impact analysis and reverse engineering.
• Strong requirements elicitation, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Experience documenting AS-IS and TO-BE processes, technical workflows and data mappings.
• Ability to facilitate discussions between business and technical teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile / Scrum.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse .NET applications, APIs, services, integrations and database structures to understand functionality.
• Review C#, .NET and SQL implementations to support reverse engineering of functionality and business rules.
• Analyse data flows, database schemas, stored procedures, views and dependencies.
• Perform impact analysis for change requests and defects.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders, developers, QA and PMs.
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes, workflows and data mappings.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to assess solution approaches and constraints.
• Support system integration analysis across applications and external platforms.
• Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning and prioritization.
• Assist QA with requirement clarification, test scenarios and UAT.
