BYD Europe is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst in Milan to bridge business needs with enterprise systems. You will gather requirements, design solutions with Product and Engineering teams, and validate implementations to ensure alignment with operations.

The role requires 3–7 years of experience, a relevant degree, and strong SQL plus BI/analytics skills. Fluency in English is essential, with local language knowledge a plus. Location is Milan; a dynamic, international environment awaits.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in business systems analysis or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, WMS, and related systems; automotive exp preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; translate business requirements into specs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven improvements.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for validation of requirements.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau/Looker or similar analytics tools.
• Familiarity with APIs, data models, and enterprise architectures.
• Basic Python scripting for data analysis/automation is a plus.
• Fluent in English and local market language; Chinese an advantage.
