247 Group is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Milano. The role will bridge business and IT, coordinating process improvements and ERP evolution, including Dynamics 365 Business Central and Salesforce integrations.

You will collaborate with management across Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales, and Product Development to drive digitalisation projects and AI initiatives, ensuring alignment of processes, people, and technology.

Competenze

• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, PMO, or Project Coordinator.
• Experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis.
• Knowledge of process mapping methodologies and tools.
• Experience in digital transformation projects.
• Ability to interact and build relationships with stakeholders from different business functions.
• Good organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Italian and English languages.

• Understand and consolidate existing process analyses and mapping.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the company's digital evolution journey, acting as a liaison between the business, suppliers, and technology partners.

Working closely with management and key business functions, thet will be responsible for coordinating ongoing project initiatives, facilitating integration between processes, systems, and the stakeholders involved.

Specifically, they will follow the evolution of the corporate application ecosystem, ensuring the correct progress of activities related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, integrations with Salesforce, Slack, and future innovation and digitalisation projects.

The objective will be to foster alignment between processes, people, and technology, contributing to the organisational evolution of the company and the adoption of new digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis;


• Knowledge - even basic - of process mapping methodologies and tools;


• Experience - even minimal - in digital transformation projects;


• Ability to interact and build relationships with stakeholders from different business functions;


• Good organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills;


• Good organisational and interpersonal skills;


• Good knowledge of the Italian and English languages.

Nice to have

• Experience in ERP projects;


• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;


• Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs;
