Vivienne Westwood Srl is seeking a Data Analyst in the Customer Service & Logistics team in Milan. You will drive data-driven insights to optimize inbound deliveries, order allocations, and shipping performance across Retail, E-commerce, and Wholesale channels.

Requirements include fluent English and Italian, strong Excel skills, and 1–2 years of experience; SAP ERP experience is a plus. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and competitive benefits.

Competenze

English and Italian fluency are essential.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
1–2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience with SAP ERP is advantageous.

Mansioni

Pre-allocating inbound deliveries and coordinating with the 3PL warehouse.
Allocate orders and create deliveries for stock at the 3PL warehouse.
Prepare weekly outbound shipment forecasts for the 3PL.
Monitor stock levels and manage carry-over transfers with Planning and Operations.
Create and update weekly shipping performance reports across channels.
Prepare monthly end-of-month delivery comparison reports.
Develop ad hoc shipping reports with stakeholders and senior management.
Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings with Customer Service, Planning, Logistics, QA, Buying, and E-commerce.
