Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven application experience with aftersales processes in a multinational context.
- Basic know-how on end-to-end supply chain in Sales and reverse logistics.
- Familiarity with pricing models in B2B and B2C channels.
- Experience in CRM implementation and front-end usage.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into DT solutions for Aftersales.
- Lead tasks/streams within projects, monitor progress, and train operations staff.
- Coordinate with DT and external suppliers, manage costs and timelines.
- Support testing of new functionalities and enhancements in systems.
