Haier Europe is seeking a DT Business Analyst Commercial – Aftersales to drive digital transformation in the Aftersales domain. You will gather requirements, design processes from a DT perspective, and lead project streams while coordinating with DT partners and suppliers.

The role requires Italian and English fluency, with travel as needed. You will promote efficient analysis, oversee testing, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery across applications and processes in a multinational

Competenze

• Proven application experience with aftersales processes in a multinational context.
• Basic know-how on end-to-end supply chain in Sales and reverse logistics.
• Familiarity with pricing models in B2B and B2C channels.
• Experience in CRM implementation and front-end usage.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into DT solutions for Aftersales.
• Lead tasks/streams within projects, monitor progress, and train operations staff.
