Ermenegildo Zegna Group is seeking an experienced Group Internal Communication & Engagement Manager to shape and drive our internal communication and engagement across our international organisation. You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into impactful initiatives and a consistent employee experience.

You will coordinate strategy, executive messaging, and engagement programs, and lead the annual survey.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement or related fields.
• Experience in managing communications within complex, international organisations.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong storytelling ability and visual sense to translate priorities into engaging experiences.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution and solid project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and implement the Group internal communication strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate executive communication, including leadership messages and CEO updates.
• Develop formats, tools and channels to boost employee awareness and engagement.
• Partner with HR, Corporate Communication and stakeholders to communicate initiatives effectively.
• Lead the annual employee engagement survey from planning to actions.
• Monitor engagement metrics and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience.
• Support leaders in turning feedback into actionable programs and plans.
• Design and manage Group-wide engagement programs and events, including Town Halls and leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication and engagement priorities.
• Manage relationships with external providers and consultants.
