Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A. in Milan seeks a Private Client Relations Manager to support the Global Head of Private Client Relations and to ensure flawless planning, coordination and execution of guest experiences.

You will work cross-functionally with global and regional teams to deliver brand-aligned experiences, focusing on top client retention, upgrades and NWI recruitment while maintaining a client-centric approach and English fluency. Travel may be required.

Competenze

• 5-8 years' experience in luxury client engagement.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• Based in Milan, support the Global Head of Private Client Relations in executing the strategy.
