Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A. in Milan seeks a Senior Events Manager to lead international event workstreams, translating briefs into execution plans and timelines.

You will coordinate budgets, partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact brand events that drive revenue and priority initiatives. You will partner with the Head of Events to ensure governance, post-event reporting, and continuous communication across HQ and markets, bringing a proactive, detail-oriented

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury, fashion or lifestyle event management.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Experience in project management, events production, managing budgets and timelines.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• Lead assigned event workstreams from project kick-off through post-event reporting.
• Translate approved strategic and creative briefs into detailed execution plans.
• Define timelines, milestones, responsibilities and critical path.
• Ensure execution is aligned with the brief, brand standards and event guidelines.
• Own project governance and coordinate approval processes.
• Partner with other Event Managers on shared projects for alignment.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and resource allocation, identifying risks and actions.
• Coordinate and supervise Event Producers, agencies, suppliers and local teams.
• Act as primary liaison between HQ, markets and external partners.
• Prepare post-event reports with operational, financial and qualitative insights.
