Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT and information systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead global enterprise information systems and migrations.
• Oversee ERP systems across all Rapyd subsidiaries.
• Manage NetSuite, Salesforce, and HubSpot implementations.
• Drive AI-related IS strategy and projects.
• Vendor management, software renewals, and contracts.
• Develop testing, change management, and user training plans.
• Provide post-deployment support to users.
• Grow and manage the IS team and in-house tools.
• Own business processes and support them technically.
