Job summary

You will govern, optimize, and enhance our enterprise systems to align business processes with corporate objectives, collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, Sales, and IT to maximize value.

The role focuses on driving innovation, efficiency, data quality, and adherence to governance standards across a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing enterprise ERP platforms in complex international environments.
• More than 10 years of experience leading ERP implementation or transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP initiatives lifecycle from requirements to deployment and post go-live support.
• Manage ERP projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Partner with leaders to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions.
• Ensure ERP data governance, security, and compliance.
• Drive process improvement and system upgrades, training adoption.
