Technogym S.p.A. in Italy seeks an experienced ERP Manager to lead the evolution of the company’s ERP landscape within the Global IT team. You will govern, optimize, and continuously improve the enterprise systems to align business processes with corporate objectives.

You will collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, Sales and IT to maximize ERP value, drive efficiency, and ensure data quality, governance, and security across the organization.

Competenze

• Degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years leading ERP programs.
• Experience with international ERP implementations.
• Strong Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing knowledge.
• Vendor management experience.
• Knowledge of data governance and security.
• Experience with project and change management.
• Ability to design effective ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with reporting and dashboards.

Mansioni

• Lead the complete lifecycle of ERP initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and post go-live support.
• Manage ERP-related projects within scope, budget and timeline.
• Partner with business leaders and functional teams to translate needs into scalable ERP solutions.
• Ensure ERP data integrity, governance, security and compliance.
• Develop adoption and training programs to maximize user engagement and system effectiveness.
