ERP Project Manager

Main responsibilities

• As part of the Project Management team, lead and coordinate complex ERP projects with a strong international dimension. Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring end-to-end project delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Managing the entire project lifecycle, from business requirements gathering to go-live.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining effective communication between clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Acting as a focal point for the customer, driving the definition of the business blueprint and overseeing project implementation.
• Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of structured project management methodologies.

Candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in ERP project management within consulting environments.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation processes (analysis, configuration, testing, and go-live).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Availability for international travel.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
