Job summary

Rise Technical in Parma is seeking an ERP Application Specialist to join our international team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will drive training, onboarding/offboarding, and master data management across Germany, France, Denmark, and the Netherlands.

Fluent German and English are required, with hands-on ERP experience (IFS preferred). You will analyse problems, liaise with internal stakeholders, and assist upgrading modules to modernise the ERP landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP processes and databases.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platform (IFS preferred).
• Experience in managing technical assets or master data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training and consultations for ERP use.
• Support system-side on/offboarding and maintain master data.
• Analyse and resolve ERP problems.
• Interface between ERP team and internal stakeholder requirements.
• Upgrade and expand new modules.
