Haier Europe is seeking a Global Indirect Procurement BuyerIntern for a six‑month paid internship in Bologna, Italy. The role involves supporting procurement strategies, RFQ processes, contract drafting with the legal team, and supplier collaboration to optimize value and costs.

Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in management/economics/marketing with strong English and Italian skills and solid Excel knowledge.

• Student or neo graduate in management, economics, marketing or similar fields.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian.
• Good knowledge of Excel.

Mansioni

• Assist in defining procurement and purchasing strategies to optimize value.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify operational needs.
• Participate in RFQ processes including supplier scouting and evaluation.
• Support drafting of contracts with the legal department and manage POs.
• Identify new suppliers to optimize the strategic supply base.
• Contribute to cost reduction initiatives through vendor reviews and contracts.
• Monitor market trends relevant to assigned categories.
• Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning.
