Haier Europe is offering a Global Indirect Procurement Buyer Intern role in Naples area as part of a six-month paid program. You will assist in defining procurement strategies, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and participate in RFQ processes to drive value and supplier performance.

The ideal candidate is a student or new graduate in management, economics or marketing with fluent English and Italian, and solid Excel skills.

What you will do

We are looking for a Global Indirect Procurement BuyerIntern to join us. Specifically, the candidate will carry out, among others, the following activities:

• Assisting in the definition of procurement and purchasing strategies aimed at optimizing value.
• Supporting communication and coordination with internal stakeholders to help identify and define operational business needs.
• Participating in the RFQ process, including supplier scouting, communication follow-up, offer evaluation, and support in defining project deliverables, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Collaborating with the legal department in the drafting of contracts and helping manage related purchase orders.
• Contributing to the identification of new suppliers to support strategic supply base optimization and purchase analysis.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of cost reduction initiatives through reviews of vendors, materials, and contracts.
• Gathering and monitoring market trends relevant to assigned categories.
• Supporting risk identification activities and contributing to mitigation planning.

Who we are looking for

• Student or neo graduate in management, economics, marketing or similar fields;
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian
• Good knowledge of Excel

We offer a six-month paid internship

800 euro/month, meal tickets, smart working, company pc
