Haier Europe is seeking a Global Indirect Procurement BuyerIntern for a six-month paid internship in Italy. The role involves supporting procurement strategies, supplier scouting, RFQ processes, and contract drafting in collaboration with the legal team.

Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in management, economics, or related fields with fluency in English and Italian, and solid Excel skills. The package includes 800 euros per month, meal tickets, smart working, and a company PC.

Competenze

• Student or neo graduate in management, economics, marketing or similar fields.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian.
• Good knowledge of Excel.

Mansioni

• Assisting in the definition of procurement and purchasing strategies aimed at optimizing value.
• Supporting communication and coordination with internal stakeholders to help identify and define operational business needs.
• Participating in the RFQ process, including supplier scouting, communication follow-up, offer evaluation, and support in defining project deliverables, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Collaborating with the legal department in the drafting of contracts and helping manage related purchase orders.
• Contributing to the identification of new suppliers to support strategic supply base optimization and purchase analysis.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of cost reduction initiatives through reviews of vendors, materials, and contracts.
• Gathering and monitoring market trends relevant to assigned categories.
• Supporting risk identification activities and contributing to mitigation planning.
