Haier Europe is offering a Global Indirect Procurement Buyer Intern role in Naples area as part of a six-month paid program. You will assist in defining procurement strategies, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and participate in RFQ processes to drive value and supplier performance.

The ideal candidate is a student or new graduate in management, economics or marketing with fluent English and Italian, and solid Excel skills.

• Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written).
• Excel proficiency required.

Mansioni

• Assist in defining procurement strategies to optimize value.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify operational needs.
• Participate in RFQ process: supplier scouting, evaluation, and deliverables definition.
• Support drafting contracts with legal and manage related purchase orders.
• Identify new suppliers to optimize the strategic supply base.
• Contribute to cost reduction through vendor and contract reviews.
• Monitor market trends for assigned categories.
• Support risk identification and mitigation planning.
