Haier Europe is seeking a Global Indirect Procurement BuyerIntern for a six-month paid internship in Cremona. You will assist in defining procurement strategies, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and participate in RFQ processes including supplier scouting and KPI definition.

The role suits a student or neo graduate in management, economics, marketing, or related fields with good English and Italian, and solid Excel skills.

• Student or neo graduate in management, economics, marketing or similar fields.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian.
• Good knowledge of Excel.

Mansioni

• Assisting in the definition of procurement and purchasing strategies aimed at optimizing value.
• Supporting communication and coordination with internal stakeholders to help identify and define operational business needs.
• Participating in the RFQ process, including supplier scouting, communication follow-up, offer evaluation, and support in defining project deliverables, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Collaborating with the legal department in the drafting of contracts and helping manage related purchase orders.
• Contributing to the identification of new suppliers to support strategic supply base optimization and purchase analysis.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of cost reduction initiatives through reviews of vendors, materials, and contracts.
• Gathering and monitoring market trends relevant to assigned categories.
• Supporting risk identification activities and contributing to mitigation planning.
