Haier Europe is offering a Global Indirect Procurement Buyer Intern position in Italy. The role involves assisting in procurement strategies, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and supporting RFQ activities, supplier scouting, and contract drafting.

You will help identify new suppliers and contribute to cost reduction initiatives while monitoring market trends. The ideal candidate is a student or recent graduate in management, economics or marketing, fluent in English and Italian, with

Must have good knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian.

Assist in defining procurement and purchasing strategies to optimize value.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify operational needs.
Participate in RFQ processes, supplier scouting, offer evaluation, and KPI definition.
Assist in drafting contracts with the legal department and managing purchase orders.
Identify new suppliers to support procurement base optimization and purchase analysis.
Contribute to cost reduction initiatives through vendor and contract reviews.
Monitor market trends relevant to assigned categories.
Support risk identification and mitigation planning.
